While CPC construction work in private enterprises has been progressing considerably since the 18th CPC National Congress,there still exist certain bottlenecks that need to be tackled urgently in this field.In the New Era,private enterprises must adopt new thoughts to lead their development orientation,bear in mind their missions to push forward management perfection and innovate their learning modes to increase enterprise drive for development.Private enterprises should also innovate their approaches and philosophy,activity modes,management styles and learning methods to make their CPC construction work modernized,systemized,regularized and normalized,thus facilitating their own high quality development.
