城乡老年人社区养老服务需求及影响因素探究——基于开封市的实证调研

The Demand of the Aged for Community-Based Services and Its Influencing Factors:An Empirical Study

利用实地调查所得数据,对553位开封市城乡老年人的社区养老服务需求影响因素进行分析。研究发现:性别、年龄、受教育水平、户籍类型、身体健康状况、婚姻状况、子女数量、居住状况、经济档次、经济状况满意度、精神健康状况、幸福感等对城乡老年人社区养老服务需求影响较为显著。为此要以需求为导向,提供多层次养老服务;明晰各方职责,探索市场化养老路径;借助信息化平台,创新社区养老模式;向农村地区倾斜,体现公平价值理念。

Using the data from field surveys,this paper analyses the factors influencing 553 senior citizens' demand for community-based services who are from both rural and urban areas in Kaifeng City.The study shows that the main influencing factors are gender,age,education level,rural or urban household registration,physical health conditions,marital status,number of children,living conditions,financial condition and satisfaction at it,mental health status,and sense of happiness.According to these factors,the paper proposes the following suggestions: community-based services for the aged should be demand-oriented and diversified;the responsibilities of all parties concerned be clearly defined and the market-based old-age care be explored;the advantage of information platform be taken to innovate the community old-care models;and more support be given to rural areas to achieve equity with urban areas.
