摘要
自2014年7月Kilimall平台落地肯尼亚以来,市场规模迅速扩大,平台销售额迅猛增长。如何借助国家电商扶持政策和先天优势更好地运营平台,成为许多中国卖家积极思考的问题。为此,从确定精准的选品思路、规范产品上架操作、选择合理的物流仓储模式以及打造细致周到的客服体系等几个方面,探究Kilimall平台运营思路和方法,以期帮助更多中国卖家开拓非洲跨境电商市场。
Since Kilimall was launched in Kenya in July 2014,both market size and online sales have achieved rapid growth.However,how to better operate Kilimall by taking advantages of the platform's competitiveness and of China's e-commerce supporting policies is the concern of many Chinese sellers.Therefore,to help more Chinese sellers expand their online market in Africa,this article discusses operation philosophy and strategies on Kilimall from the following aspects: what products to be offered online,how to standardize the process of product offering,how to reasonably choose logistics and warehousing models,and how to build a meticulous and friendly customer service system.
