从大众到精英:旅游者的行为道德与精神追求

Tourist Behavior,Morals and Spiritual Pursuit:From Mass Tourism towards Elite Tourism

优质旅游成为当今旅游研究与实践领域的重要构成部分,其核心内容在于满足旅游者的优质服务体验需求。当前中国旅游伦理教育错位与失范致使旅游不文明现象时有出现,一定程度上影响旅游者的休闲体验,损害旅游地的品牌形象。鉴于此,提出"精英旅游"的概念,以旅游者"对自己提出更高的要求,赋予自身以责任和使命"为特征,为大众旅游背景下的旅游者提供适宜的道德示范和行为引导,为提升游客优质旅游体验营造良好的环境氛围。

The core of high quality tourism-an important part of today's tourism researches and practice-is to meet tourist needs to experience high-quality services.At present,the confusion and anomie of tourism ethics education in China has caused tourist uncivilized behaviors,which negatively affects tourist leisure experience and damages the brand image of tourist destinations.In view of this,this paper proposes the idea of "elite tourism",which is characterized by higher demands tourists set on themselves and by greater responsibility and mission tourists shoulder consciously.These elite tourists will set moral and behavioral examples for other tourists in the context of mass tourism,and create a good ethical environment to enhance the quality of tourist travel experience.
