教育目标分类理论在酒店英语教学中的应用 被引量:3

摘要 布鲁姆教育目标分类理论在全球教育领域已得到广泛认可和使用。在我国教育的各个阶段、各个专业都有教师使用该理论进行课程教学设计和改革,并取得了一定的成果。文章运用该理论指导酒店英语课程教学设计,以酒店"check-in"服务内容为例,对本章节的教学目标进行分类,设计以记忆、理解、分析和应用、创新为目标的教学活动,并使用教学App进行辅助。结果表明,在布鲁姆教育目标分类理论指导下的教学设计能使学生明确学习目标,充分参与教学活动,增强学习的主动性,进而达到预定的教学效果。 Bloom's taxonomy of educational objectives,widely recognized and applied globally in education,has also been used by Chinese teachers of different specialties in different educational stages for teaching design and reforms,and its application in China has been successful to some degree.This paper probes into the application of Bloom's taxonomy in Hospitality English teaching.Taking the content of check-in service for an example,the paper classifies teaching objectives,and designs the teaching activities targeted at improving students' ability of memory,comprehension,analysis,application,and innovation.In addition,mobile App is used to assist the teaching.The application shows that,with the teaching design according to Bloom's taxonomy,students have clear learning objectives and participate in learning activities with a strong initiative,thus the expected learning outcome is achieved.
