摘要
对纳米颗粒图像的研究将有助于科研人员更好地了解纳米粒子的性质,传统的研究方法多为人工手动处理,耗时耗力、主观性强、误判率高,已不能满足微纳米研究的需要.而基于图像处理技术的纳米颗粒识别具有快速、准确、实时等特点,能够帮助科研人员及时高效的对纳米颗粒图像进行分析.本文从图像预处理、粒子检测、参数测量等3个方面,分别阐述了图像处理技术在纳米粒子识别中的研究现状和进展,并对今后的研究趋势进行展望.
This paper will help researchers understand the characteristics of nanoparticles research, Traditional methods are mostly manual processing, which is time-consuming, labor-intensive, and has a high false positive rate, fails to meet the needs of micro-nano research. The image processing based nanoparticle identification is fast, accurate and real-time, which can help researchers analyze nanoparticles images efficiently and timely. This thesis describes the study status and progress of image processing technology application on nanoparticles identification in image preprocessing, particle detection and parameter measurement, and presents future research trends.
