泥质活性炭负载Fe_3O_4-TiO_2磁性光催化剂的制备及性能 被引量:5

摘要 采用化学共沉淀法以及液相沉积法制备具有强磁性的Fe_3O_4-TiO_2/泥质活性炭光催化剂,以SEM和红外光谱技术对其进行表征。通过降解亚甲基蓝溶液研究不同负载量对催化剂光催化性能的影响。结果表明,负载42%Fe_3O_4的光催化剂(含14%TiO_2和44%泥质活性炭)的光催化活性最强,泥质活性炭制备的光催化剂在120 min时对亚甲基蓝的降解率达到100%,比纯TiO_2降解率高。泥质活性炭负载Fe_3O_4-TiO_2磁性光催化剂对亚甲基蓝溶液具有良好的降解效果,还可实现磁分离回收。 The Fe3O4-TiO2 sewage sludge based activated carbon photocatalyst with strong magnetic properties was prepared by chemical coprecipitation method and liquid phase deposition method,and characterized by SEM and infrared spectroscopy.The effects of different loadings on the photocatalytic performance of the catalysts were investigated by degrading methylene blue solution.The results show that the photocatalyst with 42% Fe3O4(containing 14% TiO2 and 44% sewage sludge based activated carbon) has the strongest photocatalytic activity.The photocatalyst prepared by sewage sludge based activated carbon has a degradation rate of 100% for methylene blue at 120 min,higher than pure TiO2.The sewage sludge based activated carbon supported Fe3O4-TiO2 magnetic photocatalyst has good degradation effect on methylene blue solution,and can also achieve magnetic separation and recovery.
