建设具有中医儿科学科特色的儿童肺系病症生物样本库的思考

目的伴随着个体化治疗和转化医学的发展,生物样本库作为临床与科研转化间的桥梁,越来越受到人们的重视。本文首先阐述了国内外生物样本库的建设现状,其次对儿童肺系病症生物样本库的建设要点进行了总结,最后分析了建设具有学科特色的生物样本库的意义。通过建立规范的具有学科特色的儿童肺系病症生物样本库,可以增加学科内涵建设,同时也可为转化医学提供重要保障。

Objective With the development of individualized treatment and transformational medicine, biological sample bank, as a bridge between clinical and scientific research transformation, has attracted more and more attention. Firstly, the current situation of the construction of biological sample bank at home and abroad is described. Secondly, the main points of the construction of biological sample bank of children's pulmonary diseases were summarized. Finally, the significance of the construction of biological sample bank with disciplinary characteristics was analyzed. By establishing a standardized biological sample bank of children's pulmonary diseases with disciplinary characteristics, we can enhance the construction of discipline connotation, and also provide an important guarantee for translational medicine.
