摘要
目的分析引导式教育模式在脑性瘫痪(简称脑瘫)儿童康复治疗中的应用效果。方法选择2016年2月至2017年10月鞍山市汤岗子医院收治的脑瘫患儿86例为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组各43例。观察组实施引导式教育模式,对照组实施基础康复治疗,评估两组康复治疗效果;观察两组治疗前后粗大运动功能测试量表(GMFM)评分、Gesell发育评分和Barthel指数。结果观察组疾病控制率为93.0%(40/43),显著高于对照组72.1%(31/43),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后两组GMFM评分、Gesell发育评分和Barthel指数显著高于治疗前,且观察组各项指标显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论脑瘫患儿康复治疗中采用引导式教育模式,有助于改善运动功能,提高治疗结果,促进疾病康复,值得学习。
Objective To analyze the effect of guided education mode in rehabilitation treatment of children with cerebral palsy. Methods A total of 86 children with cerebral palsy admitted to Tanggangzi Hospital of Anshan from February 2016 to October 2017 were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 43 cases in each group. In the observation group, guided education mode was adopted, while in the control group, basic rehabilitation therapy was carried out;evaluate the curative effect of the two groups. The gross motor function test scale (GMFM), Gesell development score and Barthel index were observed before and after treatment. Results The disease control rate of the observation group was 93.0%(40/43), which was significantly higher than that of the control group(72.1%,31/43), and the difference was statistically significant( P <0.05). After treatment, the GMFM score, Gesell development score and Barthel index of the two groups were significantly higher than those before treatment, and the indexes of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group, the difference being statistically significant( P <0.05). Conclusion Guided education mode in rehabilitation treatment of children with cerebral palsy is helpful to improve motor function and the treatment results, and promote disease rehabilitation, which is worth learning.
