基于栅格的正圆与椭圆尺寸测量算法

摘要 为了提高工件尺寸精度,提出一种基于栅格的正圆与椭圆尺寸测量算法.该算法首先把指定区域划分成间隔大小一致的网格;其次,对被测量工件进行轮廓识别,用鼠标选取采样点,采样点必须是轮廓与网格的交点,计算鼠标单击点与网格所有点的距离并找出最小距离的网格点,该点的坐标值即采样点的值;最后,计算各种参数.通过程序对正圆、椭圆尺寸测量得出的数据表明,新算法能快速准确计算出工件的尺寸.对多种测量算法进行了对比分析,结果表明:新算法具有较好的测量效果. In order to improve the workpiece size accuracy,a positive circle and ellipse size measurement algorithm based on grid is proposed.The algorithm first divides the specified area into grids with the same spacing and size.Secondly,for the contour recognition of the measured workpiece,the sampling point must be the intersection of the contour and the grid.The distance between the mouse click point and all points of the grid is calculated and the minimum distance of the grid point is found.The coordinate value of the point is the value of the sampling point.Finally,various parameters are calculated by mathematical formula.The data obtained by measuring the dimensions of positive circle,ellipse and multicircle by the self-designed program shows that the new algorithm can calculate the size of the workpiece quickly and accurately.A variety of measurement algorithms are compared and analyzed,and the new algorithm has a good measurement effect.
