摘要
针对建设项目BIM能力进行测度研究有助于推进我国BIM深层次应用且提升建设项目的生产效率。本文在文献研究及BIM应用现状的基础上,提出具有本土化特色的BIM能力成熟度测度体系,通过对建设项目参与人员问卷调查和结构方程建模,实证已有研究理论分析的结论,进一步分析计算各影响指标的权重系数。研究表明,BIM执行计划、员工技能经验、BIM软件能力、BIM职责安排、数据交换、参与方协调过程等为BIM能力成熟度的主要影响指标。据此提出相关建议,政府应出台成熟的BIM应用标准;企业间应加强协作,应用BIM构建项目管理数据共享平台。
The measurement research on the BIM capacity of construction projects will help to promote the deep application of BIM in China and improve the production efficiency of construction projects. On the basis of the literature research and the recent application BIM, a BIM capability maturity measurement system with local characteristics is presented. By questionnaire survey of construction project participants and structural equation modeling, the conclusions of previous theoretical analysis are verified. And the weight coefficients of each impact index are analyzed and calculated. It is shown that BIM implementation plan, employee skills experience, BIM software capability, BIM responsibility arrangement, data exchange, participant coordination process are the main influencing indicators of BIM capability maturity. Based on this, the relevant suggestions are put forward, that is, the government should introduce mature BIM application standards;enterprises should strengthen collaboration and applies BIM to construct data exchange and sharing platform for project management.
