摘要
项目集成交付(Integrated Project Delivery,IPD)模式改变了传统项目参与者之间的角色和关系,以相互尊重、信任、合作、公开交流的方式建立友好合作伙伴关系。基于关系管理理论,建立IPD参与者关系指标(共同目标、信任、无抱怨文化、合作、交流、风险分配、激励机制、利益分配机制)、持续改进、项目绩效之间的结构方程模型,分析关系指标对IPD项目绩效的作用、贡献及影响路径。研究表明:利益分配机制、持续改进对项目绩效有直接的正向作用;合作、无抱怨文化通过持续改进影响项目绩效,对项目绩效的直接影响不显著;其他指标则直接或间接地作用于合作、利益分配机制及无抱怨文化改善项目绩效。研究结果为构建多方共赢的合作伙伴关系提供了理论依据。
Integrated project delivery (IPD) changes the traditional roles and relationships of key project participants, establishing a friendly cooperative partnership in a way that respects, trusts, cooperation and open communication among participants. Based on relationship management theory, a structural equation model (SEM) under relationship indicators (common objective, trust, no-blame culture, cooperation, communication, risk allocation, incentive mechanism, benefit distribution mechanism), continuous improvement and project performance is proposed, the effect path among relationship indicators and its role and contribution on project performance can be analyzed. This research demonstrates that benefit distribution mechanism and continuous improvement have a directly positive effect on project performance;the directly impact of cooperation and no-blame culture on project performance is not significant, mainly by continuous improvement, other indicators effect project performance by cooperation, benefit distribution mechanism and no-blame culture directly or indirectly. It provides a theoretical basis for the establishment of multi-party win-win partnership.
