摘要
学校体育和社会大众体育在我国教育改革与社会发展中的地位和价值未能得到充分关注。应调整国家和社会的体育健康政策和观念,改善学校的公共体育课模式,调整教材编写的出发点,纠正评价中的错误标准和导向。为此编写的大学公共课体育教材,从学生的需求出发重建教材体系,做了一些探索性的尝试:减少对具体体育技术的陈述,加强介绍与体育健康相关的历史文化,注重拓展学生的视野。更加强调体育健康对个体幸福人生的重要性,体育锻炼和体育事业的发展不仅会提升人类的健康水平,而且也使得体育的价值和功用有了前所未有的拓展。
The status and value of school physical education and public physical education in China’s educational reform and social development have not been fully paid attention to.It is necessary to adjust the national policies and social concepts on physical education and health,improve the mode of public physical education in universities,adjust the starting point of compiling teaching materials,and correct the erroneous standards and guidance in the evaluation.Therefore,some tentative attempts have been made to reconstruct the teaching material system in the physical education textbooks for public courses in colleges and universities according to the needs of students:reducing the presentation of specific sports technology,strengthening the introduction of sports and health-related history and culture,focusing on expanding students’ vision.More emphasis is placed on the importance of physical health to an individual’s happy life.The development of physical exercise and physical education will not only promote the healthy level of human beings,but also expand the value and function of physical education as never before.
