美国加州中学家政课程设计模式及其对我国的启示 被引量:1

摘要 中学家政课程设计是指对家政教育的育人目标、教学内容、活动方式、评价标准等方面的规划,也是开展家政教育的主要途径。美国加州中学家政课程设计模式的特点包括:将职业标准整合进课程设计;整合技能教育与学术教育;课程的连贯性和渐进性相结合。美国加州中学家政课程设计模式带给我国的启示有:借鉴最新家政学研究成果,更新家政课程设计理念;扩展通用技术内涵,将家政课程与学生未来职业发展联系起来;完善中学家政课程开发流程,细化课程标准。 Home economics curriculum in middle schools refers to the planning and design of the educational goal, teaching content, activity mode, evaluation standard and other aspects of home economics education, and is also the main way to implement home economics education. The features of the design model of home economics curriculum in California middle schools include integration of vocational standards into curriculum design, integration of skills education with aca-demic education, and coherence and progressive nature of curriculum. The enlightenment of home economics curriculum design model of California middle schools in USA are as follows: using the recent achievements of home economics re-search for reference to renew the concept of home economics curriculum design;expanding the general technical connota-tion ,and linking home economics curriculum with students? future career development;improving the development process of home economics curriculum in middle schools and refining the curriculum standard.
