Limited inspection of Pyromeconic acid in Erigeron breviscapus from Different Origins

目的:建立测定灯盏细辛药材中焦袂康酸限量的高效液相色谱检查方法。方法:采用JADE-PAK ODS(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)色谱柱,乙腈-水(5∶95)为流动相,流速:1 mL/min,检测波长为270 nm,柱温30℃。结果:焦袂康酸在0.202 8～4.056 0mg(r=0.999 9)范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系;平均加样回收率(n=6)为99.6%,RSD为0.8%。结论:所建立的方法简便可行,结果准确可靠,可用于灯盏细辛中焦袂康酸的限量检查。

Objective To establish a method for Limited inspection of Pyromeconic acid in Erigeron breviscapus with RP-HPLC. Methods The mobile phase was consisted of Acetonitrile-water (5∶ 95), The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min, the detective wavelength was 270 nm and the column temperature was 30℃. Results The linear range of the method was 0.202 8~4.056 0 mg, the average recovery was 99.6%, RSD was 0.8%. Conclusion The established method is simple and feasible, and the result is accurate and reliable. It can be used for the limited inspection of Pyromeconic acid in Erigeron breviscapus.
