银朱质量标准提升研究

Study on Improvement of Quality of Vermilion

目的:建立检查、含量测定方法,完善银朱质量控制方法。方法:采用硫氰酸铵滴定法对其硫化汞(HgS)的含量进行测定,按《中国药典》检查法对可溶性汞盐限度。结果:硫化汞回归方程为y=191.63x+0.426 4,r=0.999 8,表明硫化汞的取样量在0.1～0.5 g范围内,与硫氰酸铵滴定液(0.1 mol/L)的消耗体积具有良好的线性关系。硫化汞平均回收率为98.85%(n=9)(RSD=1.02%)。结论:该实验方法操作方便、结果准确,可用作银朱含量测定方法及质量控制。

Objective To establish an identification, inspection and content determination method and improve the quality control method of vermilton. Method Ammonium thiocyanate titration was used to determine the content of mercury sulfide (HgS), and the limit of soluble mercury salt was determined according to the Chinese Pharmacopoeia. Result The regression equation of mercury sulfide is y=191.63x+0.426 4, r =0.999 8. It shows that the sampling amount of mercury sulfide is in the range of 0.1~0.5 g, which has a good linear relationship with the consumption volume of ammonium thiocyanate titration solution (0.1 mol/L).The average recovery was 98.85%( n =9)( RSD = 1.02%). Conclusion The method is stable, accurate, reliable, and can be used as a method for determination of the content of mercury in vermilton.
