辣木籽化学成分的不同提取方法及药理研究概况

Review of Different Extraction Methods and Pharmacological Studies on the Chemical Constituents of Moringa Seeds

通过查阅文献,对辣木籽化学成分的不同提取方法分析及药理研究进行了综述。研究发现辣木籽含有丰富的挥发油、黄酮、多酚、多糖、生物碱和皂苷等成分。其药理作用也十分广泛,具有抗氧化、抗炎、抗菌、抗肿瘤、降血糖血脂、护肝、护肤等功效。文章对辣木籽化学成分的不同提取方法及药理作用进行了归纳与总结,以期为下一步深入研究辣木籽药理作用机制提供支撑与借鉴。

The research on chemical constituents’extraction and pharmacological activities of Moringa seed in recent years has been reviewed, classified andanalyzed. Results show that Moringa seed s chemical constituentscontain the volatile oil,flavonoids,polyphenols, polysaccharides, alkaloids, Saponin and other ingredients.Moringa seed is inherent with a variety of drug activity including antioxidation,antiinflammatory, antibacterial, anti-cancer, lowering bloodsugar and blood lipids, hepatoprotection and etc. We have summarized the different extraction methods and pharmacological effects of Moringa seed chemical components, and hope to provide support and reference for the further study of Moringa seed and its pharmacological mechanism.
