甘草泻心汤治疗岭南地区复发性口腔溃疡32例临床观察

32 Cases of Clinical Obsercvation with Recurrent Oral Ulcer in the Lingnan Region of China Treated with Xin Kai Ku Jiang Method

目的:观察甘草泻心汤治疗岭南地区复发性口腔溃疡的临床疗效。方法:选取63例岭南地区复发性口腔溃疡患者随机分为两组,对照组采用常规的西药进行治疗,治疗组采用甘草泻心汤加减进行治疗。结果:治疗后,两组溃疡面积和溃疡疼痛指数(VAS)均较前明显改善(P<0.05),且治疗组较对照组改善更明显(P<0.05),治疗组溃疡愈合时间和溃疡疼痛时间都较对照组短(P<0.05)。对照组有效率为48.4%,治疗组有效率为78.1%,两组有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:甘草泻心汤加减治疗岭南地区复发性口腔溃疡临床疗效显著。

Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of Xin Kai Ku Jiang Method treating recurrent oral ulcer. Methods 63 cases of people with recurrent oral ulcer in the Lingnan region of China were randomly divided into control group and therapy group.The control therapy was given oral routine Western medicine,while the therapy group was treated with the Xin Kai Ku Jiang Method. Results After the treatment, the change of areas of ulcer,and the visual analogue scales(VAS) of two groups are all improved,especially in therapy group. The healing time of oral ulcer and the ulcer pain time of therapy group are shortened than control group( P <0.05).The total effective rate in that of the control group 48.4%,while the therapy group was 78.1%;it respectively with statistically significant differences ( P <0.05). Conclusion The Xin Kai Ku Jiang method has a remarkable clinical curative effect on recurrent oral ulcer.
