蒙医传统药浴治疗慢性荨麻疹25例临床观察

Clinical observation of 25 cases onTraditional Mongolian medicine bath for the treatment of chronic urticaria

目的:观察蒙医传统药浴治疗慢性荨麻疹的临床疗效。方法:将50例慢性荨麻疹患者随机分为对照组和治疗组各25例,对照组给予氯雷他定胶囊口服,治疗组采用蒙药传统药浴治疗,两组均治疗3周,3个月后随访复发情况。结果:治疗后3个月,对照组的复发率为48%,治疗组为20%,两组差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗期间,两组均未见明显不良反应情况发生。治疗3周后,对照组总有效率为64%,治疗组为88%,两组总体疗效差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:蒙药传统药浴治疗荨麻疹疗效明显,对慢性荨麻疹患者临床症状能够起到显著的改善效果,不良反应少,复发率低。

Objective To observe the treatment effect of the traditional Mongolianmedicinebath for urticaria efficacy. Methods 50 patients meeting the diagnostic criteria for chronic urticaria were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,each of 25 cases,The control group was given of Loratadine per, The treatment group was treated with traditional Mongolian medicine bath. The two groups were treated for three weeks, and the recurrence was followed after 3 months. Results After three weeks of treatment,The total effective rate was 64% in the control group, andthe 88% in the treatment group. The difference in overall efficacy between the two groups was statistically significant ( P <0.05).and there was significant differentce in the total curative effect between the two groups ( P <0.05). Three months after treatment, the recurrence rate was 20% in the treatment group and 48% in the control group. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant ( P <0.05).During the treatment period, there was no seriously adverse reaction in the treatment group. Conclusion Mongolian traditional medicine bath for the treatment of urticaria had curative effect,and can obviously improve the clinical symptoms of patients,and also had low recurrence rate.No obvious adverse reactions were observed here.
