Analysis and Discussion on the status quo of standardized training base for residents in Guangzhou

目的:总结广州市住院医师规范化培训基地现状,分析发展中存在的问题,作政策反思并提出相关建议,探索新的发展方向。方法:选取广州市某住院医师规范化培训基地学员作为调查对象,发放满意度调查问卷,对调查结果进行统计分析。结果:规范化培训制度与评估考核机制有待完善,住院医师规范化培训与在职研究生教育有待衔接,住院医师规范化培训政策落实上有待提高,住院医师规范化培训软硬件设施有待改善。结论:完善配套政策,促进培训工作的可持续发展;加强信息化建设,优化住培管理;加强师资培训,提升师资带教能力;完善绩效考核机制,提倡公平公正;健全动态评价机制,确保住培基地质量。

Objective To summarize the status of resident standardized training base in Guangzhou, analyze the existing problems, make policy reflection and put forward relevant suggestions, and explore new development direction. Methods The participants from a resident standardized training base in Guangzhou were selected as the subjects, and a questionnaire was sent out to analyze the results of the survey. Results The standardized training system and assessment mechanism need to be improved, the standardized training of resident doctors and in-service postgraduate education need to be linked up, the implementation of resident standardized training policy needs to be improved, and the software and hardware facilities of resident standardized training need to be improved. Conclusion Perfect supporting policies to promote the sustainable development of training;strengthen information construction, optimize the management of residential training;strengthen teacher training, enhance the ability of teachers to teach;improve the performance appraisal mechanism, promote fairness and justice;improve the dynamic evaluation mechanism to ensure the quality of residential training base.
