摘要
设计了一种基于功率合成方式的功率放大器,工作于100~500MHz频段范围。模块内部采用4个功放管合成的方式,实现了宽频带1kW的功率输出;内部通过多级放大的方式,获得了较高的增益和较小的带内波动。针对VHF/UHF频段特点,选择了大功率LDMOS器件,采用基于传输线变压器的匹配电路和功率分配/合成方式,使最终效率达到40%以上。
Based on power combining technology, A power amplifier is designed to work in 100 ~ 500MHz bandwidth. This amplifier can deliver over 1kW output power in VHF/ UHF broadband by using 4 power transistors. It's a multi-stage amplifier,which has a very high gain and low flatness. According to the characteristics of VHF/ UHF band, high power LDMOS transistors are used in amplify circuit. Meanwhile transmission line transformer is used in matching circuit and splitter/ combiner. The efficiency is over 40%.
