从农田到餐桌的食品可追溯制度的构建是现代社会抵御工业社会食品安全风险的有效手段。农产品因其特殊性,追溯难度大,可追溯的农产品种类少,实现农产品可追溯的保障制度-农超对接难,农产品安全追溯的标准化问题亟待解决。因而应当确立统一的管理和农产品安全标准,确立农产品追溯制度中政府的核心地位,落实农产品追溯中的一票否决制,建立强制性规范,落实追溯过程中的法律责任制度。

The establishment of food traceability system from farmland to table is an effective means to resist food safety risks in modern society. Due to the particularity of agricultural products, traceability is difficult, the scope of traceable agricultural products is narrow, the standardization of agricultural products safety traceability needs to be solved urgently, and it is difficult to realize the connection between agricultural products traceability guarantee system and agricultural supermarkets. Therefore, it is important to establish the unified management and agricultural product safety standards, establish the core position of the government in the agricultural products traceability system, realize the intermediate control and one-vote veto system of agricultural products traceability, and establish mandatory norms and legal liability system to solve the traceability problem of agricultural products.
