摘要 近年来,教育教学改革的浪潮席卷高等教育,高职作为高等教育的一环,也面临着改革创新的要求和任务。烹饪专业是高职院校中十分重要的专业,尤其是在餐饮经济快速发展的背景下,社会对于烹饪人才的需求越来越高。因此,高职院校需要对烹饪教学展开创新,让教学活动与当前的教育形势保持一致。本文探讨了烹饪专业教学的基本现状,指出了其中的问题,并针对完善烹饪教学提出了一些可行措施,希望能够给烹饪专业的任课教师提供参考帮助。 In recent years, the wave of teaching reform has swept higher education. As a part of higher education, colleges also faces the requirements and tasks of reform and innovation. The culinary major is an important specialty in higher vocational colleges, especially under the background of the rapid development of the catering economy.The demand for culinary talents is increasing. For colleges, it is necessary to innovate in cooking teaching so that teaching activities are consistent with the current educational situation.This article discussed the basic status of the culinary education, pointed outthe problems and proposed for some feasible measures, hoping to provide reference and help for the cooking teachers.
