摘要
烹饪实训中心是中职院校培育综合性技能人才的重要场所,实训教学作为中职院校烹饪专业培养专职人才的一种手段,具有至关重要的作用。当前烹饪实训中心在建设过程中仍存在诸多问题,如何建设规范化、标准化、安全化的烹饪实训中心是当前面临的一项重要挑战。本文从不同的角度就如何建设实训中心进行了探究。
The culinary training center is an important place to train comprehensive technical talents in secondary vocational schools. Practice teaching is one of the teaching methods that plays a vital role in the training professional talents in the culinary profession of secondary vocational colleges. There are still many problems in the construction process of the culinary training center. Establishing a standardized, normalized, and safe culinary training center is a major challenge. This paper investigated how to establish an excellent culinary training center from different aspects for reference.
