摘要
本文采用纤维素酶法辅助提取白鲜皮黄酮,经正交试验得出最佳工艺,即加酶量30 mg,料液比1∶25,酶解时间为90 min,酶解温度为55℃条件下提取的白鲜皮黄酮含量最高。
In this paper, enzyme-assisted extraction of flavonoids from Cortex dictamni was studied. The optimum technology was obtained by orthogonal experiment, that is adding 30 mg of enzyme, material-liquid ratio of 1∶25, enzymolysis time of 90 min utes and enzymolysis temperature of 55 ℃.
