摘要
近几年,受天气、粮食存储时间过长等因素的影响,某公司每年夏季都要进行筒仓粮食熏蒸作业。由于该公司立式筒仓没有环流熏蒸系统,因此在熏蒸作业中只能采用常规熏蒸,并且熏蒸的筒仓零星分布,熏蒸的安全风险较高,这样就给熏蒸作业的安全监管带来了很大的难度。基于此,本文经过大量的现场实践,对筒仓熏蒸的安全控制进行了研究。
In recent years, due to the weather, food storage time is too long and other reasons, a company to carry out silo grain fumigation operations every summer. Because of the company’s vertical silo does not have circulation fumigation system, in fumigation operation can only use conventional fumigation. And fumigation silos are sporadic distribution, fumigation safety risk is higher. In this way, it brings great difficulty to the safety supervision of fumigation operation. This paper is also in this context, after a large number of field practice, the safety control of silo fumigation is studied.
