摘要
蔬菜是我国饮食的重要组成部分,对保持身体健康具有重要作用。在人们生活质量不断挺高的前提下,人们越来越重视蔬菜食品的质量安全问题。同时,导致蔬菜食品的不安全因素也引起了各大学者的重视。本文重点对蔬菜的不安全因素进行了综合论述。
Vegetables are an important part of our country’s diet. It can have a great impact on health. On the premise that people’s quality of life continues to improve, people pay more and more attention to the quality and safety of vegetable food. At the same time, the unsafe factors of vegetable food have also attracted the attention of scholars. Therefore, this paper focused on the unsafe factors of vegetables for a comprehensive discussion.
