摘要
现如今,越来越多的食品安全问题被曝光出来,究其原因,一方面是由于生产厂家规范生产意识薄弱,另一方面也说明审查部门的监管力度不足,给了不法商家可乘之机。本文将从食品生产许可风险防范及审查对策两方面进行深入探讨,希望能对我国食品安全问题的解决有所帮助。
Nowadays, more and more food safety problems have been exposed. One reason is that the manufacturers have weak consciousness of standardizing production. The other reason is that the inspection department has insufficient supervision, which gives illegal businessmen a chance to take advantage of. This paper will discuss the risk prevention and review Countermeasures of food production license in depth, hoping to help solve food safety problems in China.
