摘要
当前我国的食品安全问题严峻,食品检验是保障食品安全的重要工作,在食品检验新的要求下,需要利用好新的检测技术,提高食品检验的质量和效率。基于此,本文就食品检验工作的意义和工作流程进行简要阐述,然后就食品检验中微生物检测技术的具体应用进行探究,希冀能借此理论研究为微生物检测技术的应用起到一定的启示作用。
At present, China’s food safety is a serious problem, and food inspection is an important task to ensure food safety. Under the new requirements of food inspection, it is necessary to use new detection techniques to improve the quality and efficiency of food inspection. Based on this, this paper briefly described the significance and workflow of food inspection work, and then explored the specific application of microbiological detection technology in food inspection. It is hoped that this theoretical research can play an certain enlightenment for the application of microbial detection technology.
