摘要
在食品安全检验工作中,采取的主要方式是理化检验,为了保障食品的质量和安全,必须要在检验工作中确保检验结果的精确性。在理化检验的过程中,检验环境和操作的流程以及样品处理等过程都会影响到检验的结果。本文主要分析了当前食品理化检验中存在的问题,并针对这些问题提出了有效的解决对策,希望为食品理化检验提供基础,确保食品安全。
In the food safety inspection work, the main way is the physical and chemical inspection of food. In order to ensure the quality and safety of food, we must ensure the accuracy of the inspection results.In the process of physical and chemical inspection, the inspection environment, operation process and sample processing will affect the results of inspection.This article analyses the existing problems in the current food inspection, and puts forward effective solutions to these problems, hoping to provide a basis for the physical and chemical inspection of food and ensure food safety.
