摘要 目的:建立用电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)法测定水果中14种元素的方法。方法:样品经微波消解、定容后,用Sc、Y、Ge、In、Bi作内标,在KED碰撞模式下,用电感耦合等离子体质谱仪(ICP-MS)进行测定。结果:14种元素仪器检出限为0.001 5~3.30μg·L^(-1),方法检测限为0.000 075~0.165 mg·kg^(-1),回收率为92.1%~103.2%,RSD为0.01%~5.01%。结论:该方法具有简单、快速和准确的特点,是一种简单、快速分析水果中无机元素的方法。 Objective: To establish a method for the determination of 14 elements in fruits by ICP-MS. Methods: After microwave digestion and volume stabilization, the samples were determined by ICP-MS under ked collision mode using Sc, Y, Ge, In and Bi as internal standards. Results: The detection limits of 14 kinds of elemental instruments were 0.001 5 ~ 3.30 μg·L^-1, and the detection limits were 0.000 075 ~ 0.165 mg·kg^-1. The recovery rates were 92.1%~ 103.2% and RSD was 0.01%~ 5.01%. Conclusion: The method is simple, rapid and accurate. It is a simple and rapid method for the analysis of inorganic elements in fruits.
