摘要 人才培养是高校的基本功能和根本任务。青海师范大学作为高原地域具有民族特色的地方高等学校,为谋求转型发展,结合地区经济发展需要和办学实际,新建了食品科学与工程专业。根据其初建背景,本文从人才培养优势、人才培养目标、基础实验室建设、实践基地建设、师资队伍建设以及校企联合培养等方面对食品科学与工程专业的人才培养模式进行了探讨。旨在为转型期地方师范院校发展工科应用型本科专业提供建设思路。 Talents training are the basic function and essential task of colleges and universities. Qinghai Normal University, as a local university with plateau regional and national characteristics, has established a new speciality of food science and engineering in order to seek transformation development, and to meet the needs of regional economic development and school-running reality. According to the background of its initial construction, this paper discussed the talent training mode of food science and engineering specialty from the aspects of talent training advantages and objectives, basic laboratory and practice base construction, teacher team construction and coalition of schools and enterprises. The purpose is to provide ideas for the development of engineering speciality during the transformation period in university.
