摘要
以花旗参、人参、仙草(凉粉草)3种药食同源的材料为原料,通过配方比例对比试验研制一种具有保健功效的饮料。结果表明:该饮料的最佳配方为仙草(凉粉草)提取液14%,花旗参提取液3.0%,人参提取液5.5%,甜味料(乳糖)7%,添加0.1%焦糖色、0.4 mL人参香精,经高温灭菌后,稳定性最好,保质期达到3年。该功能性饮料呈浅黄色,澄清透明,甜度适中,香气柔和协调。
A kind of beverage with health effect was developed by single factor and justice experiment, using three kinds of medicinal and edible homologous materials, namely Panax quinquefolius, Panax ginseng and Mesona chinensis as raw materials. The results showed that the optimum formula of the beverage was 14% of the extract of Mesona chinensis, 3.0% of the extract of Panax quinquefolius, 5.5% of the extract of Panax ginseng, 7% of sweetener (lactose), 0.1% caramel, 0.4 mL Ginseng essence. After sterilization at high temperature, the health beverage has the best stability, and the shelf life is up to 3 years. The functional beverage is brown yellow, clear and transparent, moderate sweetness, soft and harmonious aroma.
