"食品安全,重于泰山"。食品安全是保障人身体健康的必要条件,也是我们一直需求的。各式各样的食品行业的透明度越来越高,食品质量问题也频频曝光,这使食品安全问题成为人们最关注的一大主题。当前的食品安全呈现出3个特点:范围广、程度高、手段多。
Food safety is a necessary condition for our health and it is what we have always wanted. Correspondingly, the transparency of the food industry is getting higher and higher, and the quality of food is frequently exposed by the media, which makes food safety a major topic of concern. The current food safety presents three characteristics: a wide range, a high degree, and many means.
