摘要
食品安全是国民生活质量的基本保障,但我国食品安全事件仍时有发生。随着政府对食品安全加大监管和监测力度,化学技术成为了为食品安全保驾护航的重要手段。本文从我国食品安全现状出发,重点介绍了几种常用化学技术在食品安全检测中的应用,对化学技术在未来食品安全检测中的发展前景进行了展望。
Food safety is the basic of our national life. However, food safety accident happens frequently in our country. As the government strengthens supervision of production, processing and sales of food, chemical technology has been the basic of food-safety inspection. Starting from the present situation of food safety problems in our country, this paper will introduce and analyze the application of chemical technology in food-safety inspection, and also will point out its broad prospects for development.
