辨证施膳对胃癌术后化疗期患者营养状况的影响

Application of dietary intervention based on syndrome differentiation for patients with postoperative chemotherapy for gastric cancer

目的探讨中医辨证施膳对胃癌化疗患者营养状况的影响。方法选取2016年6月—2018年10月昆山市中医医院行辅助化疗的92例胃癌术后患者,按照随机数字表分成观察组(n=45)和对照组(n=44)。对照组采取常规护理方法,观察组在对照组基础上实施中医辨证施膳。观察2组患者干预前后营养状况变化。结果干预后,因持续的化疗,2组营养状况均有下降,但观察组血清白蛋白(ALB)和血转铁蛋白(TRF)高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中医辨证施膳能够提高胃癌化疗患者营养状况,值得临床借鉴。

Objective To investigate the effect of dietary intervention based on syndrome differentiation on nutrition status of patients with postoperative chemotherapy for gastric cancer.Methods Totally 92 patients with postoperative chemotherapy for gastric cancer were randomly divided into the observation group ( n =45)and the control group( n =44).Patients of both two groups received routine care during chemotherapy,and those in the observation group were given dietary intervention based on traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation.Results The levels of body mass index,Serum albumin (ALB) and transferrin (TRF) were decreased in both two group during the chemotherapy,but patients in the observation group had higher levels of ALB and TRF compared with those in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion The dietary intervention based on TCM syndrome differentiation can improve the nutrition status of patients with postoperative chemotherapy for gastric cancer.
