神经外科护士疼痛管理知识情况调查分析

Survey on the condition of pain management knowledge in neurosurgical nurses

目的分析神经外科护士疼痛管理知识掌握情况。方法采用疼痛管理知识和态度调查(KASRP,2008)中文版问卷对南京脑科医院神经外科40名护士进行调查,分析护士疼痛知识学习经历及对疼痛管理知识的掌握情况。结果 40名护士中没有1名表示对所学过的疼痛相关知识了解和掌握得很好;40个条目中,问卷答对率为5.00%～60.00%,平均答对率仅为(34.20±11.07)%。结论神经外科护士对疼痛管理相关知识掌握明显不足。因此,应加强对神经外科护士的疼痛管理相关知识专项培训,定期考核培训效果,以提高神经外科护士的疼痛管理知识水平。

Objective To investigate the condition of pain management knowledge in neurosurgical nurses.Methods A total of 40 neurosurgical nurses in Nanjing Brain Hospital were investigated by Chinese version questionnaire of knowledge and attitude survey regarding pain (KASRP,2008).The experience of learning pain knowledge and condition of mastering pain management knowledge were analyzed.Results None of them believed that they had a good command of pain management-related knowledge.Among 40 items,the accuracy rate of 40 neurosurgical nurses on the questionnaire was 5.00%-60.00%,with the average accuracy rate of (34.20±11.07)%.Conclusion Neurosurgical nurses are lack of pain management-related knowledge,so the training of pain management-related knowledge should be strengthened and the training effect should be evaluated regularly to improve the level of pain management knowledge in neurosurgical nurses.
