院外精细化延续护理干预在过敏性紫癜患儿中的应用

Effect of out-of-hospital refined continuing nursing interventions in children with allergic purpura

目的探讨院外精细化延续护理干预在过敏性紫癜患儿中的应用效果。方法选取过敏性紫癜患儿83例,按照入院顺序分为对照组(n=41)和观察组(n=42)。对照组给予常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上实施院外精细化延续护理。比较2组干预前、干预3、6、12个月后遵从医嘱行为(家属配合度、用药依从性、饮食依从性),以及干预后复发率。结果干预3、6、12个月后,观察组患儿家属配合度、用药依从性、饮食依从性评分较同时期对照组均显著升高(P<0.01),复发率较同时期对照组均显著降低(P<0.05)。结论院外精细化延续护理干预可有效改善过敏性紫癜患儿遵从医嘱行为,降低复发率。

Objective To investigate the effect of out-of-hospital refined continuing nursing interventions for children with allergic purpura.Methods Totally 83 children with allergic purpura were selected and divided into control group ( n =41) and observation group ( n =42) according to the order of admission.The children in control group were given routine care,and those in the observation group were given out-of-hospital refined continuing nursing interventions.The compliance behaviors (family members' compliance,medication compliance and diet compliance) scores were compared between two groups before interventions,3,6,and 12 months after interventions.The recurrence rate was compared between two groups after interventions.Results After 3,6,12 months of interventions,the scores of family members' compliance,medication compliance and diet compliance of children in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group at the identical time points (P<0.01),the recurrence rates were significantly lower than those in the control group at the identical time points (P<0.05).Conclusion Out-of-hospital refined continuing nursing interventions effectively improves children's compliance behaviors and reduce disease recurrence rate,thereby effectively improving the clinical rehabilitation effect.
