医护一体化快速康复理念在结直肠癌患者围术期护理中的应用

Application of the integration of medical care based on enhanced recovery for patients with surgical treatment for colorectal cancer

目的探讨医护一体化快速康复理念在结直肠癌患者围术期护理中的应用。方法选取2016年12月—2018年4月手术治疗的结直肠癌患者100例,随机分为对照组和研究组,各50例。对照组采用常规护理,研究组采用医护一体化快速康复理念模式进行围术期护理。采用焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评估患者情绪状态,对比2组造口并发症发生率、第1次下床活动时间、肠鸣音恢复时间。结果研究组患者SAS、SDS评分低于对照组(P<0.05),第1次下床时间及肠鸣音恢复时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组造口并发症发生率为18.00%,低于对照组的34.00%(P<0.05)。结论医护一体化快速康复模式应用于结直肠癌患者的围术期护理效果较好。

Objective To explore the effect of integration of medical care based on enhanced recovery for patients with surgical treatment for colorectal cancer.Methods Totally 100 patients with surgical treatment for colorectal cancer were assigned to the control group and the study group,with 50 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were given routine care in the perioperative period,and those in the study group were given integration of medical care based on enhanced recovery.The emotional state of patients was assessed by Self-rating Anxiety Scale (SAS) and Self-rating Depression Scale (SDS).The incidence of complications following ostomy surgery,initial time of Off-bed activity and time of bowel-sound recovery were observed and compared between two groups.Results Patients in the study group had lower scores of SAS and SDS compared with those in the control group after intervention (P<0.05).The initial time of Off-bed activity and time of bowel-sound recovery was earlier in the study group than that in the control group (P<0.05).The incidence of complications following ostomy surgery in the study group was 18.00%,which was lower than 34.00% in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion The integration of medical care based on enhanced recovery is proved to be effective for patients with surgical treatment for colorectal cancer.
