康复新液治疗化疗相关手足综合征的疗效及护理对策

Therapeutic effect of Kangfuxin liquid in the treatment of chemotherapy-related hand-foot syndrome and related nursing strategies

目的观察康复新液治疗化疗相关手足综合征的疗效及护理对策。方法选取2017年7月—2018年7月就诊的化疗相关手足综合征患者48例,分为2组。对照组24例,接受口服维生素B_6治疗;研究组24例,在对照组的基础上采用康复新液外敷。2组均给予针对性护理干预。比较2组患者手足综合征分级、疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS)、创面愈合情况。结果治疗后研究组VAS评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组16例患者和对照组8例患者症状完全消失;研究组手足综合征症状明显轻于对照组(χ~2=8.232,P<0.05)。研究组创面愈合总有效率为87.50%,高于对照组的66.67%(P<0.05)。结论康新液外用可修复创面,加速组织愈合,与维生素B_6联用,配合针对性护理方案,对治疗手足综合征的疗效良好。

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Kangfuxin liquid in the treatment of chemotherapy-related hand-foot syndrome,and to summarize related nursing strategies.Methods Totally 48 patients with chemotherapy-related hand-foot syndrome were divided into 2 groups( n =24 in control group,n =24 in observation group).Patients of both two groups received oral administration of Vitamin B 6 and targeted nursing care,and those in the observation group were given external application of Kangfuxin solution.The degree of chemotherapy-related hand-foot syndrome,Visual Analogue Scale on pain (VAS) and condition of wound healing were evaluated after treatment.Results The VAS score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05).There were 16 cases in the observation group and 8 cases in the control group with complete healing.Patients in the observation group had a less severe chemotherapy-related hand-foot syndrome compared with those in the control group (χ^2=8.232, P <0.05).The wound healing rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (87.50% vs.66.67%,P <0.05).Conclusion The Kangfuxin solution in combination with Vitamin B 6 can effectively improve the wound healing in patients with chemotherapy-related hand-foot syndrome.Targeted nursing interventions are also required in the treatment of chemotherapy-related hand-foot syndrome.
