运用品管圈活动提高急性心肌梗死患者心理护理落实率

Application of quality control circle activity in improving the completion rate of psychological nursing in patients with acute myocardial infarction

目的探讨品管圈(QCC)活动在提高急性心肌梗死(AMI)患者心理护理落实率中的应用效果。方法选取QCC活动前(2017年11月6日—27日)心血管内科收治AMI患者21例,运用QCC分析影响AMI患者心理护理落实率的问题,实施改进措施,选取QCC活动实施后(2018年4月1日—15日)收治AMI患者23例。比较实施前后护士执行心理护理落实率。结果 QCC活动实施前共检查160项,护士给予心理护理达标条目数67例次,落实率为41.87%。实施后共检查240项,护士给予心理护理达标条目数172例次,落实率为71.67%。目标达成率为103.01%,进步率为71.17%。圈员在解决问题能力、责任心、沟通协调、自信心、团队凝聚力、积极性、品管手法、和谐度方面的能力得到提升。结论将QCC活动应用于AMI患者心理护理中,能明显提供心理护理落实率。

Objective To investigate the effect of quality control circle (QCC)activity in improving the completion rate of psychological nursing in patients with acute myocardial infarction (AMI).Methods Totally 21 AMI patients were recruited before the implementation of QCC activity.The potential reasons for low completion rate of psychological nursing in AMI patients were analyzed by QCC tools,and corresponding measures were carried out.Another 23 patients were included after implementation of QCC activities.The completion rate of psychological nursing before and after implementation of QCC activity was compared.Results The completion rate of psychological nursing was 41.87%(67/160) before the implementation of QCC activity,and was decreased to 71.67%(172/240) after the implementation of QCC activity.The goal achievement rate and progress rate was 103.01% and 71.17%,respectively.QCC activity group members had been well-trained with problem-solving skills,responsibility,communication,confidence,teamwork spirit,learning initiative,and QCC tools application.Conclusion The QCC activity is potentially effective to improve the completion rate of psychological nursing for AMI patients.
