Exploration and Practice of New Engineering Qualified Students Innovation and Entrepreneurship Ability Education

针对当前新工科人才创新创业能力培养的需求,立足测控技术与仪器专业自动化仪表方向的培养目标、师资队伍、支撑条件和创新创业实践现状,从师资结构、创新创业实践条件及组织形式等方面探索新工科人才创新创业能力培养的新模式,从微观层面研究现有条件下可行且具体的改革措施,推进新工科人才创新创业人才培养在专业层面的探索与实践,提升新工科专业学生创新创业能力的社会认可度和业态适应度。

Aiming at the currently new engineering qualified students educating of innovation and entrepreneurship ability,the educating target,teaching staff,supporting conditions and innovation and entrepreneurship practice,based on the Automatic Instruments direction of Measurement,Control Technology and Instrumentation major,the new mode of new engineering innovation and entrepreneurship educating in terms of teacher structure,innovation and entrepreneurial practice conditions and organizational form is explored in this paper,the research and reform of new engineering innovative entrepreneurial qualified students in the major level is promoting,the feasible and concrete reform measures under the existing conditions are researched and practiced in terms of the micro level,to improve the social recognition and business fitness of students' innovation and entrepreneurship ability in the direction of the automation instrument of Measurement,Control Technology and Instrumentation major.
