摘要 针对目前电子科学与技术专业的器件类综合性实验开设难度较大、教学效果欠佳等问题,本文探索和实践了以仿真技术为主要实验手段的器件类综合性实验,并建立以评价学生对知识深入理解和创造性思维为目标的课程考核体系。实践表明,本文建设的综合性实验课程对于提升学生学习兴趣,增强对理论知识的理解,提高实践和创新能力具有显著效果。 This paper has carried out a series of exploration and practical work for the problems of high difficulty in setting up and poor teaching effect in electronic science and technology professional device comprehensive experiment.We set up the device comprehensive experiment to make simulation technology as the main experimental method,and set up a curriculum assessment system that evaluates students' understanding of knowledge and creative thinking.Practice shows that the comprehensive experimental course in this article has a significant effect to enhance students' interest in learning,enhance the understanding of theoretical knowledge and improve the practice and innovation ability.
