摘要 新零售的研究日趋深入,但缺乏能够解释包含以往零售业创新的统一理论框架。本文基于产业分工理论构建了零售业创新两阶段理论模型,基于2002-2016年我国限额以上零售业的投入产出数据,运用DEA方法验证了两阶段模型。研究表明:零售业创新分为对外创新与对内创新两个阶段;2010年后,我国零售业创新两阶段间隔变短,创新进入快速发展时期;新零售是一次对外创新,旨在降低网络零售发展推高的消费者交易成本。研究结论对零售业态变迁理论及零售业创新发展趋势具有一定借鉴意义。 Despite the ever-deepening research on the new retail, there still lacks a unified theoretical framework that can explain all the innovations of retail industry. A two-stage retail innovation model is developed based on the theory of industrial division, and is empirically verified by the DEA model using the input and output data of retail enterprises above Designated Size from 2002 to 2016. The results show that the retail industry innovation is divided into the external innovation stage and internal innovation stag. After 2010, the interval between the two stages has shortened. New retail, as an external innovation, aims to reduce the consumer transaction costs.The outcomes of this research are of certain referential significance for the theory of retail format changes and the development trends of retail innovation.
