摘要
针对传统铸造技术开发缸体、缸盖类复杂汽车铸件周期长、质量水平低下的问题,提出了凝固模拟仿真技术、逆向工程、同步工程等数字化制造技术,得出以下结论:基于数字化制造技术,运用先进的现代"智慧制造"的CAE技术设计、制造,以及采用先进的管理方法,取代传统、落后的铸件开发方式,可以有效解决缸体、缸盖类复杂铸件开发过程中出现的问题,并且有效缩短产品开发周期,提高产品开发质量,降低开发成本。
In order to solve the problem that using traditional casting technology to develop the complex automobile castings of cylinder block and head needed long period and quality level was low,digital manufacturing technologies including solidification simulation technology,reverse engineering,synchronous engineering and so on were proposed. The conclusions were as follows:based on digital manufacturing technology,using advanced modern intelligent manufacturing of CAE technology design,man-ufacturing,and the using advanced management methods to replace the traditional,backward castings development model could effectively solve the problems met in the development process of complex automobile castings of cylinder block and head,and can effectively shorten product development period,elevate product development quality,decrease development cost.
