摘要
介绍了铸件扫描检测过程,对比讨论了铸件形状尺寸扫描检测评定方法和传统检测方法,得出以下结论:(1)铸件形状尺寸扫描检测的评定方法对齿轮室铸件扫描检测评定是比较直观、全面、科学的,可以对铸件所有部位进行检测,特别是在铸件曲面检测上具有精准度高、效率高等优势;(2)铸件扫描检测有利于提高铸件模具验证、铸造工艺验证的工作效率,降低成本;(3)铸件形状尺寸扫描通过点云与设计的三维模型自动拟合,可以准确找到铸件加工基准。
The process of scanning inspection of castings was introduced. The scanning and evaluating methods of shape and size of castings and the traditional inspection methods were compwered and dwascussed. Following conclusions were obtained:(1)The evaluation method of shape and size scanning inspection of castings was an intuitive,comprehensive and scientific method for the scanning inspection and evaluation of gear chamber castings,all parts of the casting can be detected,especially in the casting curved surface detection had the advantages of high accuracy and high efficiency.(2)The scanning inspection of castings was helpful to improve the working efficiency and reduce the cost of the verification of casting pattern tools and casting method.(3)The casting shape and size scanning could accurately find casting machining reference by means of automatic fitting of point cloud with designed 3D model.
