摘要
为了体现基于产出的教育理念(OBE),提高学生工程实践能力,构建了机械设备故障诊断实验平台,以学生产出为中心组织,实施教学过程。该实验平台主要包括振动信号的测试分析和旋转机械典型故障模拟实验两个教学模块;通过教学案例的实施,既可以完成基于状态监测技术的课程教学实验,又可以通过对工程典型故障案例的模拟实现对学生工程实践能力的培养。该实验平台的构建有利于将课堂教学与现场实践结合,培养专业认证要求的工程实践能力。
In order to reflect the idea of outcome-based education (OBE) and improve students’ ability of engineering practice,the experimental platform for the mechanical fault diagnosis is established,and the teaching process with student output as the center is organized and implemented.This experimental platform mainly includes two teaching modules of the vibration signal test and analysis and the typical fault simulation experiment of rotating machinery.Through the implementation of teaching cases,not only the teaching experiment based on condition monitoring technology can be completed,but also the training of students’ engineering practice ability can be realized through the simulation of typical engineering failure cases.The construction of the experimental platform is conducive to the combination of classroom teaching and on-site practice,and to the cultivation of engineering practice ability required by professional accreditation.
