摘要
文章主要研究太阳能冷藏车制冷系统的动力切换与控制。对于采用双压缩机的太阳能冷藏车来说,面对不同的条件和工况,制冷系统能够切换不同的工作模式,以此实现太阳能的最大利用率和各动力来源协同工作的策略研究是非常有必要的。文章首先,介绍了冷藏车和光伏发电技术的发展前景,其次,阐述了采用双压缩机的太阳能冷藏车制冷系统的结构和工作原理,通过分析其制冷系统的直接动力来源,指出其存在的不足。最后,针对制冷系统的动力来源,提出4种切换模式和相应的控制流程。
This paper mainly studies the power switching and control of the refrigeration system of solar refrigerated trucks. For a solarpowered refrigerated truck with dual compressors, in the face of different conditions and working conditions, the refrigeration system can switch between different working modes, so that the maximum utilization of solar energy and the strategy of cooperating with various power sources are very necessary. Firstly, the development prospects of refrigerated trucks and photovoltaic power generation technologies are introduced. Secondly, the structure and working principle of solar refrigeration vehicles using dual compressors are described. By analyzing the direct power sources of their refrigeration systems, the shortcomings are pointed out. Finally, for the power source of the refrigeration system, four switching modes and corresponding control processes are proposed.
