当前电梯维保人员严重短缺,人才培养成为电梯行业当务之急。文章结合电梯安装维修工职业技能鉴定标准,从电梯维保实际岗位技能需求出发,整合我院电梯专业课程体系及电梯实训室资源,建立课程教学资源库,为电梯专业建设和人才培养的信息化建设提供保障。

The current elevator maintenance personnel shortage, talent training has become an urgent task in elevator industry. Combining with the professional skill appraisal standard of elevator installation and maintenance workers, this paper, starting from the actual job skills requirement of elevator maintenance, integrates the elevator professional curriculum system and elevator training room resources in our college, and sets up a curriculum teaching resource base. For elevator professional construction and personnel training of information construction to provide protection.
