摘要
微波技术是当代社会重要的技术手段,由于通信行业的井喷式发展和射频产品的大批量生产,在专用测试设备的接口单元中,仪器和被测件间的信号路由大量采用微波射频开关和同轴开关来实现。文章主要利用微波传输理论中有关网络传输系统中被测信号与负载的阻抗匹配原理,确认被测模块特征及其待测参数,选用适用的微波同轴开关,研制出应用于专用测试设备的基于单片机的接口单元,并采用同轴开关器件装配成实物,在专用测试设备进行检定校准测试工作条件下完成射频信号的路由、切换,完成专业测试设备的测试。
Microwave technology is an important technical means in contemporary society. Due to the development of the blowout industry in the communication industry and the mass production of radio frequency products, in the interface unit of the special test equipment, the signal routing between the instrument and the device under test is widely used by microwave radio frequency. Switch and coaxial switch are used to achieve. The main purpose of this paper is to use the principle of impedance matching between the measured signal and the load in the network transmission system in the microwave transmission theory, confirm the characteristics of the module under test and its parameters to be tested, and select the applicable microwave coaxial switch to develop a special test equipment. The interface unit based on the single-chip microcomputer is assembled into a physical object by using a coaxial switching device: the routing, switching of the RF signal is completed under the working conditions of the calibration test and the special test equipment, and the test of the professional test equipment is completed.
